Lead Time: Most items have a 1-3 business day lead time before shipping, excluding holidays. Many costume kits and props are assembled after your order is placed, which can add to the lead time. Some items may be listed as “Pre-Order” or show an additional preparation time so be on the lookout when you’re calculating the arrival date.

*Need it faster? When you check out, select Express or Air Courier shipping, which can arrive in as few as 3-6 days after shipping! We use DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex and other high speed couriers to deliver express orders.

Most CosplaySpa products ship from China. Some out-of-season or slower moving items may need to be moved from another location, in which case it can add a few days before the order drops.

Taxes and Duty Fees? Some countries charge taxes or duty fees when items are shipped to you from abroad. In the USA, personal imports below $800 USD are duty free, but this varies widely among other countries. This might increase the total cost of your order and you should become familiar with import costs before ordering internationally. Hint, you can use an online duty calculator to estimate these costs. If you refuse the charges on receipt, you may not be eligible to receive a refund.

For items like clothing, We typically pack them in a bubble mailer like this, which keeps costs down and the item perfectly safe:

Delicate items, such as cosplay props, tiaras, cosplay weapons, and the like need some extra TLC so I pack them in cardboard to keep ’em safe. This is a more expensive way to ship stuff, but keeps things in good order during transit.

After your order is all ready and picked up by the shipping company, you’ll get an email, like this one below, to let you know it’s on the way.

We keep an eye on the shipment the entire way. You can too – just click on “Track your order” in the email, or browser over to track my order. You’ll just need your order ID and email address to see the latest info. You can see the same thing in your customer account, too.

Now I, Hank, am going to level with you – sometimes orders don’t get any tracking updates except the very first (“In transit” – yay!) and the very last (“Delivered” – yay!) and the entire shipping time can pass by in the middle with no updates (NooOOOooo!). This is a factor we sometimes live with to keep the cost of shipping low. If the maximum shipping time has already passed and your parcel is nowhere to be seen, Contact Us right away and we’ll get to the bottom of it.
