CosplaySpa.com Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping Information
Orders placed on CosplaySpa.com may be shipped from locations outside the buyer’s resident country. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs clearance. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to familiarize themselves with any potential duties or taxes that may be levied by their local customs authorities prior to finalizing their order.
2. Import Responsibilities
The buyer warrants that they have the legal right and authorization to import the purchased goods. Orders cannot be canceled, and refunds will not be issued, due to the buyer’s refusal to pay any required import fees, duties, or taxes. In situations where the buyer refuses to pay these charges, resulting in the loss of the item, no form of reimbursement will be provided.
3. Shipping Terms
All shipments are made under Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.
4. Prohibited Shipping Addresses
CosplaySpa.com does not accept PO box addresses, as most couriers are unable to deliver to such locations. The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for informing us promptly of any changes. While changes to the shipping address post-order confirmation may be possible, it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A valid and reachable telephone number must be provided to facilitate communication by the courier if needed.
5. Delivery Confirmation
The buyer agrees that courier delivery confirmation signifies receipt of the goods. Therefore, the buyer acknowledges that upon such confirmation, the goods have been officially delivered.
6. Commercial Invoice and Customs Declaration
CosplaySpa.com will list the true and correct sales price on the commercial invoice. The contents of the package will be accurately labeled on customs forms and commercial invoices to ensure proper and expeditious clearance through customs. We will not declare alternate values on these documents.
7. Country of Origin and Warehousing
Due to our global network of warehouses aimed at reducing shipping costs and improving delivery speed, we may not always specify the country of origin from which the shipment will be dispatched.
8. Delivery Schedule
All delivery times provided by CosplaySpa.com are estimates and are not guaranteed. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the courier and prevailing shipping conditions at the time of order placement. Refunds will not be granted for items received after the estimated delivery timeframe. Estimated delivery dates are for reference only and do not constitute a binding agreement.
9. Lost Items
An order will only be deemed lost if there has been no tracking update for sixteen (16) business days. In the event an item is lost during transit, CosplaySpa.com reserves the right to either ship a replacement or provide a refund at our sole discretion.
10. Marked Delivered, Damaged or Missing Items
If the shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the buyer is required to file a police report and a claim with the courier company. For items that arrive damaged, the buyer must cooperate by providing clear photographic evidence of both the damaged item(s) and the packaging. Additionally, the buyer shall file a claim with the courier company. For claims regarding missing items, the buyer must comply with requests for photographs of the shipping label and packaging to assist in our investigation of the shipment’s integrity during transit.
11. Returned and Abandoned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to the buyer’s refusal to pay import duty or fees, ineligibility for import, failure to pick up the parcel after being notified by the courier (as evidenced by tracking information), or due to invalid address or contact information provided by the buyer, the buyer may be subject to additional return shipping, restocking, and processing fees. In some cases, parcels returned under such conditions may not be retrievable or returnable to CosplaySpa.com, in which case no refund will be available.

The CosplaySpa.com Shipping Policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions document. By placing an order on CosplaySpa.com, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined herein and acknowledges their inclusion in the broader Terms and Conditions governing the use of our website and services.
