CosplaySpa Return Policy
We want you to have a great experience with every CosplaySpa product and order. If something goes wrong, we’ll work to solve the issue quickly and efficiently within the realms of our ability.
Some SALE items are final sale, please check the product description for this information. Items that are discounted or purchased with a coupon or discount code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been customized
- Gift Cards or Store Credit
- Downloadable Items
- Any swimwear, health, or personal care item
- Items that were purchased on Sale, Clearance, or with a discount code
Returns
We gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased from our website at full price. All hangtags must be attached to the garment, and each garment is subject to inspection. Swimwear and personal items can not be returned.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the product for a full refund (excluding shipping) returned to you via the original form of payment. Returns are not available for items received more than 30 days ago.
We do not accept returns of products purchased at other retail locations. Items must be returned to where the product was originally purchased.
Please notify our Customer Service Team of your wish to return by sending a message at Our Contact Page and include your name and order number and we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address. Thank you.
Instructions
- To return an item: first contact us as mentioned above for return instructions.
- Place the item(s) you wish to return in the packaging of your choice.
- Include in the package your original receipt (or a copy) noting the item(s) you wish to return and why.
- Send the item to the address in our return instruction email (do NOT return to the return address on the original packaging), and then provide the tracking number to us so that we can monitor your item for arrival. Failing to use a tracked return shipping method will make accepting your return impossible.
- We’ll inspect your return item and then provide a refund (excluding your shipping cost) within 5-6 days of receiving your package and send you an email when the transaction has taken place. Be aware that some payment methods, such as credit and debit cards, may experience some delay before the refund is posted to your account.
