How does shipping work?
We guarantee your parcel during shipping. Orders over a certain value, usually just $29 for USA orders and $49 for European orders, ship for free. Our free shipping takes about 2 weeks but can take a bit longer during busy seasons, such as during October, November and December. Our express option takes about 6 or 7 business days to arrive. If you require lightning fast shipping, please contact our helpful customer service team for instructions.
Is there a return policy?
Absolutely! We want you to be happy just as much as you want to be happy. If something isn’t right for any reason, just return ship your unworn, resell-able item back to us within 30 days of receipt and we’ll give you store credit or a refund. Check our our official return policy for more info.
Where do orders ship from?
Most of our orders ship from either Hong Kong or Shenzhen, China. Why is that? Nearly all innovative cosplay costumes, hardware makers, and other apparel that you see around the world is made somewhere in China – it just happens to be where all of the suppliers and makers come together for the greatest value.
What if an order is lost during shipping?
Fortunately, a lost order is extremely rare. Should you believe your order to have been lost, please contact us and we’ll open an investigation with our shipping partner and provide further information.
What payment options are available?
In the USA and most countries we accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and others. We are also integrated with GPay and Apple Pay, so you can spend your balance or any linked payment method with these services. Finally, we also accept Amazon Pay.
